Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. IncrediHost offers fair refund (money back) policy to all new hosting accounts within 30 business days from date of purchase.

2. Customer can request for refund within 15 business days from the date of purchase of service, if the customer is dissatisfied with our services at any point within 15 days of purchase.

3. This money-back service only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to domain services, dedicated server, and administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services.

4. For claiming for refund, you need to send the request for cancellation of service with the valid reason. We cannot refund you until the complete cancellation of service.

5. You will get an email notification once the cancellation of service initiates.

6. Our team will then verify your request and reasons .Once the request looks genuine to our team then your service will be cancelled with 48 hours or so and notify you through an email.

7. Our team may contact you for verification and for confirmation of your request.

8. The money back will not be applicable for services renewals and for services which are under lock-in period.

9. Customer should request for cancellation of service via an email one week before the renewal date.

10. The final refund will be made after deducting the tax if applicable.

11. If the payment is made by credit card, refund will be issued to the original card provider at the time of purchase.

12. In case of payment gateway payment, refund will be made to the same account which was used at a time of purchase.
