  ANSWER :  Reseller Web Hosting means, you can resell the web hosting service with your brand name to your end customers.

• 2.  How do I start my Hosting business?

  ANSWER :  You will get the WHM panel where you can creating Hosting Account to your customer where you can assign space, bandwidth, FTP accounts,Email ID’s as per your client requirements.

• 3.  Which Control Panels do I get with a Reseller Hosting package?

  ANSWER :  Our all Linux Reseller Web Hosting packages come with two separate Control Panels which are WHM and cPanel. WHM gives you administrative control of your Reseller Hosting package and cPanel allows your Customers to manage their individual Hosting packages.

• 4.  Can I upgrade my account if I need to?

  ANSWER :  Yes. You can upgrade your account at any time. You will pay the difference between your current account and your new account. There are no extra fees involved in upgrading.

• 5.  How do I transfer files to my website?

  ANSWER :  Files must be transferred to the Web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP).

• 6.  Can I host multiple domains in an account?

  ANSWER :  Yes you can. Our Sales team will help you to have ADD-ON domains package.

• 7.  Can I add software to my account?

  ANSWER :  Yes. You have complete control over all aspects of your account, including the installation of software. If you install software not included in your hosting plan, we cannot guarantee its functionality and it will not be supported by our technical support staff. But you can install 150+ application available via installation.

• 8.  How long does it take to set up a new account?

  ANSWER :  New accounts are guaranteed to be set up within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. Once an account is set up an activation notice will be sent to you via e-mail including your account information.

• 9.  Do you provide support to my customers?

  ANSWER :  We have dedicated Support team to assist you. However, we do not offer Support to your Customers directly.

• 10.  Will my client see IncrediHost brand when I resell hosting services to them?

  ANSWER :  No, your end customer won’t able to see IncrediHost as an original provider. You can have your brand name on the cPanel. You can rebrand WHM/cPanel according your need.

• 11.  Do you support Apache JSP or Apache Tomcat?

  ANSWER :  Yes, we do offer this option. Check out our JAVA Web Hosting plans.

• 12.  Do you offer Windows based hosting?

• 13.  How is billing handled?

  ANSWER :  Depending on the plan, you have your choice of quarterly, half yearly and annually.
